My family and I love braised beef, or beef with radish. It is a must on our every order whenever we go to any chinese restaurant. So one day I googled and searched for recipes online and I found your site. I&#039;ve always loved to cook and I thought I will try my hand on this recipe, and today I did. My mom and my brother said it smelled and tasted like the one we buy when we go out! My family loves it! Not bad for my first try :)

I followed your recipe to the letter except for 2 things, I added salt and sugar. Other than that I followed everything to a &quot;T&quot;. I thought you explained and described every step really well I appreciate the additional comments and I think that&#039;s better than the usual bullet format when explaining cooking procedures. Thank you for sharing a great recipe! :)]]></description>
