I am trying to find an easy beginner recipe for a dessert on your blog. I wanted to bake something for one of my co-ops since it will be her last day in 3 weeks. Also, your sister bought me an apron for my birthday (isn’t she sweet?) so I need to put that to good use.

Hi Matthew! I would recommend the Cookies and Cream Cheesecake Cupcakes. If you’re willing to do an extra step or two (and you have some extra time), then I would highly recommend the Peaches and Cream Cheesecake Cupcakes. The Peaches and Cream Cheesecake Cupcakes taste better in my opinion and they’re easy to make but require a bit more time.

Hi there! I really hope you like them as much as I do! I use Bob’s Red Mill brand, which is on the more expensive side, but you should be able to find that at any grocery store either in the baking section or with the other flours. Good luck!!!
